Gosto muito do resultado final! A cor clara e alegre acaba por fazer o contraste com a parede escura. Um belo exemplo de conjugação de cores.

Toca a dançar! Let's Dance!

Cada vez que dá o anúncio daquela empresa de telemóveis, que tem a campanha vermelha, desata tudo a dançar cá em casa! E quando eu digo tudo quero dizer eu, o meu filho e até o meu marido! E se algum está distraído o meu filho faz questão de lhe lembrar que é hora de chocalhar os ossos! É como a festa do lusco-fusco dos Gatos Fedorentos, durante 10 a 15 segundos é a loucura e depois acaba tudo!! Ahahahah

E os grandes culpados pela febra da dança cá em casa são os Imagine Dragons com a sua música "On top of the World".

Eu gosto de pensar que nas outras casas também está tudo a abanar o esqueleto, por isso da próxima vez que ouvirem este anúncio parem o que estão a fazer e dancem!!

Sejam felizes!! :))

Each time the commercial of a certain mobile company, which has the Red campaign, starts in the telly everyone starts to dance! And when I say everyone I mean, me, my son and even my husband! And if one of us is distracted my son remind us that it's time to rattle the bones!  Ahahahah
The responsibles for the dance fever at my place are the Imagine Dragons with their song "On Top of the World".
I like to think that in all the houses everybody is also shaking their skeleton, so next time you hear this ad stop what you are doing and dance!

Corujas!!

As corujas estão na super na moda!!

Encontrei estas idéias para fazer corujas com restos de materiais, tampas, caricas e afins e achei-as muito engraçadas!! Principalmente para decorar o quintal ou pendurar numa árvore. Penso que se fizer um projecto destes com os seus filhos eles vão adorar!!

Owls are the trendy!
I discovered these ideas to make owls with leftover materials, lids, bottle caps and found them very funny! Mainly to decorate the backyard or hang in a tree. I reckon that if you do a project like this with your kids they will love it!

Não tentem fazer isto em casa...

A música "Try" da Pink é maravilhosa mas o videoclip é brutal! A coreografia que ela interpreta com um bailarino é fabulosa! Reparem como todos os movimentos parecem simples e fáceis de fazer. Mas não são, eles é que fazem com que pareçam fáceis. E quem diz isto é uma pessoa que tem a elegância de uma foca e a agilidade de um mamute a dançar! Sim claro, eu!!

Eu com a minha elasticidade, digna de um cachalote, se tentasse fazer algo que fosse remotamente parecido com isto, o mais provável era acabar no hospital com a anca deslocada!!

Vá, quanto muito fazia a cena de atirar a cadeira!! E mesmo assim... era capaz de fazer alguma luxação!!

 

The song "Try" from Pink is wonderful but the video is awesome! The choreography which she and her pair play is fabulous! Notice how all the moves seem simple and easy to make. But they aren't, they are so good that make the all thing seems easy. And who says this is a person who has the elegance of a seal and the agility of a mammoth dancing! Yes of course, Me!
I with my elasticity, worthy of a whale, if I tried to do something that was remotely like this, were more likely to end up in hospital with a dislocated hip!
Ok, I could do the scene of throwing away the chair! And yet ... I was able to do some luxation!

 



Before & After #9

É sexta-feira, Yeahhh!! Como diria o Boss AC!

Sei que estão entusiasmados porque é dia de Before & After!!! Eu compreendo!! Eu também gosto muito desta crónica!! Ah... é verdade, e também porque mais logo começa o fim-de-semana, mas isso é um pormenor comparado com esta crónica!!  ;))

Então hoje mostro-vos um trabalho da Caitlin, do blog Desert Domicile. O estilo inicial da consola era uma pouco pavoroso!! Mas o resultado final ficou espectacular! Gosto muito do pormenor das tachas que ela aplicou no móvel. Ela no blog conta que inicialmente queria voltar a colocar as tachas existente, mas já não conseguia ver a localização e muitas das tachas partiam-se, por isso optou por colocar as tachas piramidais douradas que se veêm na última foto, e ficou M-A-R-A-V-I-L-H-O-S-O!!

It's Friday, Yeahhh!
I know you are excited because it's Before & After day!! I understand! I also love this chronicle! Ah ... it's true, and also because later begins the weekend, but that is a small detail compared to this chronicle! ;))
So today I show you one work of Caitlin from the Desert Domicile blog. The initial style of the console was a little terrifying! But the final result was spectacular! I love the detail of the nailheads that she applied. She writes in the blog that initially wanted to reinsert the existing nailheads, but could no longer see the location and many of them broke up, so she opted to put the golden pyramid ones and the result is WONDERFUL!

Vou apanhar este comboio...

Comprei este livro em 2008 e desde então que tem estado na prateleira dos "Livros para ler". Para dizer a verdade, desde que sou mãe que a prateleira, já é prateleira e meia. Já não consigo dar vazão como antigamente, leia-se não tenho tempo!! :S

Não foi por mal que o coitado tem sido preterido este anos todos, mas têm surgido sempre outros livros que acabo por ler primeiro.

Ontem terminei o livro que estava a ler e como estreia hoje o filme, com o extraordinário Jeremy Irons, decidi que hoje é o dia ideal para pegar nele. Até porque, para mim, os livros são sempre melhores que os filmes!!

 

I bought this book in 2008 and since then it has been on the shelf of "books to read." To tell the truth, since I am a mother that the shelf, is now a shelf and half. I can no longer expedite books as before (please read: I don't have time!)  :S
Yesterday I finished the book I was reading and as the movie premieres today, with the great Jeremy Irons, I decided that today is the perfect day to pick it up. Because, for me, the books are always better than the movies!
