O Qatar é, segundo várias fontes, o país mais seguro do mundo. No final do ano passado o Ministro do Interior revelou-se muito preocupado com o aumento da criminalidade no país. Foram roubadas 2 carteiras no ano inteiro! É verdade o senhor esta muito preocupado com isto!! Nem sabe ele que em Lisboa, a cada viagem do 28 desaparecem mais carteiras do que no Qatar inteiro num ano!!
Mas descansem, nada temam, porque os meliantes foram apanhados e devidamente castigados (nem quero saber como...).
Um dos piores crimes que se pode cometer é passar um cheque careca! Eles consideram uma falta da palavra dada, e pior, da palavra escrita!
Necas!!! Para implementarem esta regra em Portugal é melhor começarem a construir prisões, como se abrem cafés, uma a cada esquina que é para dar vazão!! :D
