Hoje apresento-vos um maxi colar em feltro que eu fiz.  Os maxi colares estão super na moda e eu devo confessar que gosto muito desta tendência.

Vou dar-vos os passos todos para que possam também fazê-lo para vocês mesmas ou para oferecer. Digam lá que não é uma bela prenda de natal?



Today I'm presenting you a maxi felt necklace that I did. The maxi necklaces are super trendy and I must confess that I really like them.
I will give you all the steps so that you can also do it for yourselves or to offer. Is this a great Christmas gift or what?

 

Material necessário:

- feltro em 3 cores (as que preferirem)

- cartão (para os moldes)

- tesoura

- pedrinhas brilhantes de vários tamanhos(opcional)

- cola quente

- fita de cor a condizer com as cores escolhidas

- isqueiro (para queimar as pontas das fitas para não desfiarem)



 Materials required:
- felt in 3 colors (whatever you prefer)
- cardboard (to use as a model)
- scissors
- stones of various sizes (optional)
- hot glue
- ribbon in a color to match the colors chosen
- lighter (to burn the ends of the ribbons to not unravel)

1 - Feltro nas cores escolhidas
2 - No cartão marcar e cortar circunferências de diferentes diâmetros para servirem de molde (se consegue recortar circulos à mão livre pode saltar este passo)
3 -  Dobrar ao meio o cartão e marcar os limites do molde da base. Não precisa de ser muito bem feito e convém ter uma margem de folga.
4 - Recortar o molde e cortar o feltro da base conforme o molde
5 - Usando os vários moldes fui cortando circulos nas 3 cores de feltro e fui colocando-os em cima do molde da base para ver como é que achava que ficava melhor.
6 - Agora vem a parte que requer mais cuidado. Muito atenção ao usar a cola quente, porque como o nome indica ela saí a escaldar e a ponta da pistola também está a escaldar. Tendo esta precaução sempre presente agora é só colar os circulos uns aos outros e colar as pedrinhas no topo. Depois das flores todas feitas colei-as uma a uma, usando sempre a cola quente, na base.
7 e 8 - Ok, esqueci-me de tirar foto e quando tirei já ía a meio. A foto 7 era suposto mostrar as flores coladas no feltro de base. E a foto 8 pretende mostrar que depois de estar tudo colado, usando a ponta da tesoura, recortei toda a base do colar que não queremos ver.
9 - Por fim é só cortar dois pedaços de fita, do mesmo tamanho, e passar as pontas pelo isqueiro para evitar que desfiem. Quando já tiver as duas fitas preparadas é só colá-las com cola quente à base de feltro.

1 - Felt in the chosen colors
2 - On the cardboard mark and cut circles of different diameters to serve as a model (if you can cut circles freehand can skip this step)
3 - Fold in half the cardboard and mark the limits of the base. It doesn't need to be very well done and should have a margin.
4 - Cut the mold and cut the felt base as the mold
5 - Using the various molds cut circles in the 3 colors of felt and just put however you prefer.
6 - Now comes the most dangerous part!! Pay much attention when using hot glue, because as the name indicates it and the tip of the gun are extremelly hot. With this in mind, glue the circles to each other and glue the stones on top. After gluing all the flowers one by one, glue them to the base always using hot glue.
7 and 8 - Ok, I forgot to take a picture. The photo nº7 was supposed to show the flowers glued on the felt base. And the photo nº8 aims to show that after all be glued, using the scissors, cut out the entire base of the collar that you don't want to be seen.
9 - Finally just cut two pieces of ribbon, the same size, and pass the lighter ends to prevent fraying. When you have the two pieces of ribbon prepared just stick them with hot glue to the felt base.

And there you have a super fashion necklace!
